According to your goals and personal data, the apps smart algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan – a combination of cardio, strength, and recovery exercises that will enable you to achieve your goals and achieve the best results.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
- you can download the app for free;
- subscription length: 1 month, 1 year;
- payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase;
- subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period;
- you can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms;
- when canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded;
- any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
